Macarons - the dreamy French confections - are having a moment, and I am anxious to try my hand at making my own. The beautifully bright, ganache-filled meringue sandwiches are famously difficult to make, but surely any treat so delicately sweet is worth a shot! I recently came across a recipe for macaron pops and was simply inspired! What a creative way to combine the elegance of macarons with the simple joy of food on a stick à la cake pops!
