I'm a lover of all things sweet, and honey is no exception. The delicious blend of sweet and citrusy flavors makes this orange-infused honey perfect for summertime.
Orange-Infused Honey
1/2 cup honey
zest of 1/2 orange, cut in strips
Place the honey and orange zest in the bowl of a double boiler. Bring the water to a boil and let the mixture sit on the heat for 10 minutes. Then remove the bowl from the heat and let sit for another 10 minutes. Strain the honey into a jar and enjoy!
