How awesome is this jeweled-collar blazer from J. Crew?! The embellishment adds the perfect fun and feminine touch to an otherwise masculine piece. This look reminds me of the DIY beaded button down that I made last year. Just sew an assortment of beads to the collar of a blazer. Piece of cake!
