Olympics Cupcakes

I can hardly contain my excitement with the Olympics just around the corner.  These cupcakes seemed the perfect way to kick off the festivities.  

To make Olympic rings, simply frost cupcakes and roll the edges in sprinkles.  To make "LONDON 2012" cupcakes, first frost the cupcakes and then dye a small amount of frosting using food coloring.  Place dyed frosting into a small plastic bag, snip one corner of the bag, and pipe the frosting letters and numbers onto the remaining cupcakes.
