Homemade White Wine Sangria


White Wine Sangria
1 cup strawberries, chopped
1 green apple, cored and chopped
1 peach, pitted and chopped
1/8 cup simple syrup
1/4 cup brandy
1 bottle white wine
6 oz. club soda


Place the chopped fruit in a pitcher.


To make simple syrup, heat equal parts water and sugar 
on stove until sugar is completely dissolved.  
Mix syrup and brandy and pour over fruit.


Add wine to pitcher and stir.


Refrigerate for 12 hours or overnight.

To serve, pour or ladle fruit and sangria into a wine glass.
Top with a splash of club soda and enjoy!
